Cookes Keyboard School let their fingers do the walking during an 8 hour sponsored Keyboard Playathon, all in aid support of the Darren Huckerby Trust.

From Bach to the Beethoven and Kylie to Kings of Leon the Castle Mall was filled with an eclectic mix of music on Saturday 9th October as approximately 40 members of the Cookes Keyboard School (consisting of all ages and abilities) were sponsored to play the keyboard for over 8 hours, spending between 10 and 30 minutes each on the keys.

The group, led by Teresa Bell, raised a total of £233.82 on the day and still have a large amount of sponsors money to receive, Teresa says "We're delighted with the reaction from people and are optimistic that we will have raised more than £1,000 for Darren's Trust".
